本文介绍了现代医学康复在小儿脑瘫康复中的作用。主要介绍了运动疗法（PT）、物理治疗、矫形支具、手术治疗、BTX－A肌肉注射、神经干细胞移植、针刺治疗、药物治疗在脑瘫康复中的进展。

颈总动脉周围交感神经网部分剥脱切除术：可增加脑部血流量，从而改善痉挛状态，且可能改善部分患者流涎、斜视、言语不清、共济失调等症状。可在1~5岁间手术，适用于痉挛型和痉挛型为主的混合型脑瘫。手术创伤小，危险不大。但该术式机制不明确、疗效不确定，故原则上不提倡实施。
周围神经选择性部分切断术（Selective
